Blue Lagoon is my favourite sea moss gel. I use it in my fruit smoothies and occasionally take it neat. I've noticed a boost in my energy levels as well as improvement in my memory.

I purchased this and the purple seamoss in a bid to clear up my stubborn facial psoriasis, UVB wasn't working, dietary changes wasn't shifting it, all the creams and potions wasn't touching the sides and I was miserable, sore and itchy. I read up on seamoss and decided to plunge with @seamoss4lifeuk and within a few days of mixing the seamoss in a smoothie and drinking it, there was a vast difference in the redness, soreness and flakiness. After three weeks of taking the seamoss, the flaking is minimal and the redness is non-existent. I've honestly been astounded by the difference after months of misery with my face. it's almost miraculous as nohting has ever had an impact on my skin that quickly! It's great stuff! Excellent service! Great product, we are on our second jar of Sea Moss and already noticing results! My husband was left very weak and drained after suffering with Covid-19 symptoms for over 19 days.
